A: The website migration service offered by Eagle Eye Computers is entirely free and consists of transferring all your website files, databases and emails from your current provider to your brand–new hosting account with us. We will also modify all the configuration settings necessary for your websites to be fully functional on our super–modern cloud hosting platform.Our techs are fully capable of moving any type of website. With years of experience in the industry, they’re experts in the specificities of our web hosting platform, our Control Panel and all other famous Control Panels. For them, moving a custom application with multiple custom libraries is as elementary as transferring a plain WordPress–based blog.

A: While we cannot give you a precise time window, because there are lots of factors, including the physical size of the web files and databases, the physical location of the present host’s server, the complexity of your site and the present workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we’ll give our best to migrate your web site within 48h, and in some cases – within 24h (in case the content is not very large).

A: We don’t need any personal information. We will need, however, the login information for your present hosting account and the name of the web site that you’d like to move.

A: In order for us to begin the transfer of your account, you must already have an account with us. Opening an account with us requires that you to disclose more or less the same information you have provided to your old web host. We also have an extremely rigid Privacy Policy, which specifies how delicate data is dealt with.

A: Your site will work exactly like it did before with your old web hosting provider. When we are done with the transfer, your web site will be configured to work on our platform and we will alert you to preview it. If everything is working properly, all you will have to do is change the NS records for your domain name. Your site will be migrated to us with no downtime whatsoever.

A: Nah. Apart from your login credentials for the Control Panel, we don’t require anything. We’ll never touch base with your web hosting provider. They will not know anything about the transfer either.

A: We support all Linux–based hosting platforms. Generally, if we can acquire access to your Control Panel, we’ll be able to transfer your website.The only platforms that we do not support are closed–source site building platforms like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
